Care & safety
Care and safety
For adults only: this is not children's jewellery and is not for anyone under 15. The supplier describes the metal as stainless steel with a plated finish; we have not tested it ourselves and do not claim it is nickel-free, hypoallergenic or fade-proof. If you have a metal allergy or sensitive skin, please do not buy it, and stop wearing it at once if your skin reacts. For healed piercings only; clean the posts before first wear and do not sleep in them. Plating can wear with time: keep it away from water, perfume, lotion and sweat, take it off to shower, swim or exercise, and store it dry. Small parts are a choking hazard: keep away from children and pets. Measurements are approximate and colours may vary slightly from images.
Use & safety
Our pieces are made for supervised, indoor household use by pets. They are not children's toys and are not food: keep them, their packaging and any small or loose parts away from children, as these can be a choking hazard. Please check each piece regularly and stop using it if any part becomes worn, loose or damaged. Do not let your pet chew off or swallow any part of a product; if you think it has, contact your veterinarian. Keep away from open flames and heat sources.
Scratchers, mats and similar pieces help reduce wear on your home but cannot prevent it. We are not responsible for marks, scratches or other damage to furniture, floors, walls or belongings.
You know your pet best. It is your responsibility to decide whether a piece suits their size, age, health and habits. If you are unsure, please ask your veterinarian before use.
Size & colour
Measurements are approximate and can vary slightly from piece to piece. Colours may look different from screen to screen and from our photographs. Please choose the size that suits your pet and your space; the choice of size rests with the buyer.
Shipping, duties & taxes
United States orders: US import duties are prepaid and included in your price. In the normal course there is nothing more to pay on delivery. This reflects current practice and is not a guarantee: customs authorities and carriers act independently of us. If a customs authority, government or carrier does assess a duty, tax or fee on your order, it is payable by the buyer and is not refunded by us.
Canadian orders: our pieces ship from overseas, and Canadian customs may charge duties or taxes, sometimes with a carrier handling fee, when your parcel arrives. These are set by customs, are not included in our prices or collected by us, and are the buyer's responsibility. We do not refund or accept returns for orders refused or left unclaimed because of these charges.
We do not charge GST, HST or any other sales tax at checkout: the price you see is what you pay us, with free shipping. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
