PRODUCTS AND SUPPLIERS

Soirée Pets is an independent retailer. Our products are made by independent manufacturers and are shipped to you by independent suppliers and carriers. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell. Product descriptions, measurements, materials and photographs are provided in good faith from information supplied to us. Measurements are approximate, and colours, finishes and natural materials vary from piece to piece and from the images shown. Where a supplier does not state a detail, we say so on the product page.

PRODUCT SAFETY AND USE

Our pet products are intended for supervised household use by pets. They are not children's toys, and no pet product is indestructible. You are responsible for choosing products that are suitable for your pet and your household, for reading and following the care and safety notes on each product page, for checking products regularly, and for stopping use of any product that is damaged or worn. Home decor, candle holders and jewellery must be used only as described on their product pages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soirée Pets is not responsible for injury, illness, loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of a product.

NO VETERINARY OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Nothing on this website, in our product descriptions, in our emails or in our chat is veterinary, medical, legal or other professional advice. Always consult your veterinarian about your pet's health, diet, behaviour and safety.

PRICES, TAXES, DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES

Prices are set in Canadian dollars. Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates. We do not currently charge sales tax at checkout. Our products are shipped from outside Canada and the United States, and the customer is the importer of record. Any duty, tariff, import tax, brokerage, handling or other fee assessed by a customs authority, government or carrier in connection with an order is the responsibility of the customer, as set out in our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service. Orders that are refused, unclaimed or returned because of such charges are not refunded.

DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, customs authorities or events outside our reasonable control.

The Soirée Pets name, logo, monogram, product names, text, photographs, graphics and the design of this website are owned by or licensed to Soirée Pets and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use them for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission. Other names and marks appearing on this website belong to their respective owners.
